1999 Classic Honda HRB 475 Electric Start Self Propelled Lawn Mower

I have replaced New carb gasket set including spacers New Throtle rod One new wheel hub carb bowl bolt air filter New oil change New fuel tap New fuel pipes New 12v battery second hand battery coil (suspect faulty) Starts first time manually. It did start first time with the key but failed due to suspected faulty battery coil. This is a collectors item.
