Here we have for sale a 2007 Atco Balmoral 17Sk self propelled Petrol Cylinder Lawnmower with rear roller. It starts, cuts & runs and is in good condition as you can see from the photos. The pull start works lovely. Cassette has been refurbished being sharpened both cylinder and bottom blade and painted. This mower is ready to use. The Atco Balmoral 17Sk is used by professional gardeners, these powerful petrol lawn mowers turn grass cutting into an art and tackle all lawn sizes in their stride for a superb striped finish. These classic grass cutting cylinder lawn mowers produce the striped close cut finish traditionally associated with petrol lawn mowers. Their scissors cut of the grass leaves a much finer lawn surface and produces excellent lawn care. The Atco Balmoral 17Sk features a three way drive system so the cylinder and rear roller can run independently. This gives much greater freedom of movement and improved law care around the garden. Five cutting heights for mowing using simple preset dial from 9-32cms. One specific setting for scarifying. A Cut Above The Rest.

Cylinder lawn mowers produce a superior cut to any other type of mower. The horizontal cylinder of 6 blades cuts against the fixed bottom blade to produce a superior scissors like quality cut.

The Dual bale bar allows separate cylinder & rear roller drive whilst the throttle lever varies the speed of drive. The Atco Balmoral weighs 43 kgs which is slightly heavier than other similar lawn mowers but the roller systems used cleverly overcome that slight obstacle.
